Client Policies

This Client Policies page explains how Nina Creative Designs manages project expectations, service terms, communication, payments, revisions, timelines, and client responsibilities when you work with us or use our services through

1) Scope of Work

Each proposal, package, or monthly service agreement includes only the services specifically outlined in the agreed scope of work. Requests outside of the approved scope are considered additional work and will require a separate quote or will be billed at our current hourly rate.


2) Additional Work Requests

We are happy to help with additional requests; however, any services not included in your original package may result in:

● Additional project fees

● An updated proposal

● A change order

● Extended project timelines

Work outside the agreed scope will not begin until written approval is received.


3) Revision Policy

Each package includes the number of revisions listed in the proposal.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Revision requests should be submitted together whenever possible to keep projects on schedule.


We do not sell your personal information.

4) Design Sample Policy

We do not provide free design samples before the start of a project or monthly service agreement.

Requested sample work is treated as a standalone service and billed at our standard rates. If you move forward with a project, the completed sample may be credited toward the final project at our discretion.

5) Content & Asset Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, logos, images, videos, branding materials, and approvals by the requested deadlines.

Delays in receiving materials may result in project timeline adjustments.

6) Approval Process

Designs are considered approved once written approval is received through email or our project management system.

Requests made after approval may be treated as additional revisions or a new project.

7) Communication

To keep projects organized, all project requests, revisions, and approvals should be submitted through email.


Phone calls and meetings are reserved for scheduled consultations or project discussions.

8) Monthly Service Plans

  • Monthly packages include only the services outlined in your selected plan.


  • Unused work does not roll over into future months unless specifically stated in your agreement.


  • Additional work requested during the month will be quoted separately.

9) Rush Requests

Projects or revisions requested with expedited turnaround times may incur a rush fee based on workload and scheduling availability.

10) Third-Party Costs

Project pricing does not include third-party expenses unless specifically stated.


Examples include:

● Stock photography

● Premium fonts

● Printing

● Domain registration

● Website hosting

● Software subscriptions

● Advertising spend

● Paid plugins or apps


These costs are billed separately or paid directly by the client.

11) Ownership

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.


Concepts, unused designs, drafts, and working files remain the property of Nina Creative Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12) Response Times

Business hours:


Monday–Friday

Emails are typically answered within one business day.


Weekend and holiday responses may be delayed.

13) Payment

Invoices are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or contract.


Work may be paused if payments become overdue.


Final deliverables will not be

released until all outstanding balances have been paid.

14) Services Not Included

Unless specifically listed in your proposal or package, the following are not included:

● Unlimited revisions

● Unlimited meetings or phone calls

● Copywriting

● Photography

● Videography

● Printing

● Website hosting

● Domain management

● SEO beyond the purchased package

● Paid advertising management

● Social media engagement or community management

● Product uploads beyond the agreed quantity

● Website maintenance outside of a maintenance plan

● Emergency support

● Training beyond the included onboarding session
